Patio homes can be found in Susanna, Middlecott, and Allerton Village. The main living area is on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, two full baths, the kitchen, dining room and a living room with sliders to the patio. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and the second bedroom has an adjoining bath. Upstairs at the top of the wrought iron spiral staircase is an open loft which is used as a den or third bedroom.

This condominium has the feel of a ranch style house. It does not share any common walls with the adjoining house. Historically, patio homes have been the most popular properties on Ocean Edge for both sales and rentals. Demand always seems to exceed availability.
