The loft Townhouse is the largest of the three styles of townhouses and are located in Villages of Billington,
Trevor and Howland. Downstairs is a living room with a slider to the patio, a gallery kitchen across from the
dining area, and a full bedroom and bath. An open wrought iron staircase leads to the second level, which
consists of a loft and bedroom.
This large bedroom has a full bath and walk in closet. The semi enclosed loft area can double as a den or
third sleeping area. This versatile townhouse has a light, airy, open feeling because of the cathedral ceiling
and skylight.
